Lantern

A map for the parts of yourself you were handed late.

You were handed a diagnosis late. The map of your life got redrawn overnight. This is a place to walk it slowly, with a character who grows as you do, and no score to keep.

What this is

An exploration, not a course. Eight regions, each a part of understanding ADHD and AuDHD as an adult. You go where you like, in sessions as short as you like.

A character that evolves. Your choices brighten the lights in your lantern and fill a pack with tools you chose to try. Nothing ever goes down. There are no streaks to lose.

A journal that writes itself. Every scene leaves a line or two in your voice. You can edit, hide, or share any of it, and take a summary to your doctor.

What this is not

Lantern is for learning and exploring. It is not therapy, assessment or treatment, and it does not replace a clinician.

It does not diagnose anyone, and it never labels you. It adapts what it offers to how you explore, and you can always say not now.

You are not on your own.
